- Fett Burger's remix brings a bit of land (and jungle) to Jennifer Loveless's oceanic horizons.
- On an EP that was already indelibly chill, "B L U You," the final track from Jennifer Loveless's outstanding 2021 Butter Sessions 12-inch, Water, was one of the record's most understated tracks, standing out with its filter house sparkle and lethargic pacing. It's easy to see why the track would float into DJ Fett Burger's Sex Tags universe. On his extended mix, Fett Burger starts by ever so slightly modifying the track, adding chimes to make the melody just a bit sparklier (and even Frencher) and some bongo pitched low. But in the back hal, he lets those rolling bongos build into a tribal jam session, adding some terra firma beneath the track's liquid melody. Still, this version of "B L U You" never loses its mellow as Loveless's aquatic pads slip back in to finish it off.
