German dance magazine Groove celebrates its eighteenth birthday this week with a series of parties in Munich, Berlin and Frankfurt.
Groove magazine’s end of year parties have become something of a German dance institution, pulling together the best in local electronic music across three cities. The parties kick off in Munich with a smaller bash at Die Registratur on Dec 1, which this year features sets by Martin Buttrich, Château Flight and DJ T., before moving onto Watergate in Berlin on Thursday for two floors of headliners including Troy Pierce, Chloé, Tobi Neumann, Andre Galluzzi, Mike Huckaby, Dixon, Ada, Efdemin and Prosumer. The Frankfurt bash happens at Offenbach club Robert-Johnson, which will be expanding into next door’s MTW club for the occasion. Check out the lineup: Ellen Allien, Dominik Eulberg, Wighnomy Brothers, Radio Slave, Shinedoe, Martin Buttrich, Âme, Cassy, Raresh and more. Hot, hot, hot!
