- Rob Da Bank and his crew of merry men have validated some of the initial Bestival speculation and quashed other rumours doing the rounds with more additions to the 2006 line-up.
After the announcement of the first round of acts wet appetites, mouths are practically salivating with Rob Da Bank and his crew of merry men announcing Round 2 of the Bestival Line-up. Validating some of the initial Bestival speculation and quashing other rumours doing the rounds with more additions to the 2006 line-up announced today the focus of quality and diversity remains core. Taking place on September 8, 9, 10 at the Robin Hill Country Park, New Port, Isle Of Wight the event is highly regard as one of the UK's leading festivals (especially in the absence of Glastonbury).
The Scissor Sisters will headline the main stage on Sunday night to close out the festival, and with a new album due for a November release expect some new material mixed in with the favourites that have made them one of the worlds most in demand groups. As previously confirmed, the Pet Shop Boys, will take centre stage on Saturday night.
