A new video platform aims to documents the "culture, beats and history" of Berlin.
Warmup.Berlin will feature interviews and performances by a range of figures from the scene, beginning with Chris Rehberger, cofounder of the Perlon label and Double Standards design studio. Premiering live on YouTube at 8 PM CET today, February 26th, the first episode takes place at Perlon's Kreuzberg HQ.
"I personally love to hear what the 'older' generation has to say," writes host Isabelle Beese. "We will take a trip back in time into their musical life by having each guest bring the music that has had the biggest impact on them, and we are going to listen to it together."
