- The compact synth is based on a complex oscillator and multi-tap delay.
Alessandro Cortini and Make Noise have collaborated on a new synthesiser called Strega.
Full details on the desktop synth are yet to be released but Strega follows the compact form factor of Make Noise's O-Coast and O-Control. It's a standalone voice centred on a complex oscillator and multi-tap delay line and also includes touch plates and an external audio input. The projected price is €599 and it's expected to ship in February.
Make Noise is properly introducing the synth on a stream today at 6 PM CET. Alessandro Cortini revealed the Strega to Sonic State yesterday. Watch a replay of the stream with sound demos below.
The Make Noise Strega is out in February 2021 for €599.
