Hybrid and Y4K as a combination makes sense. A driving force in the global dance scene for close to a decade now with fantastic live performces, quality albums and productions including ‘Finished Symphony’, ‘Altitude’ and ‘Wide Angle’.
New and fresh tunes are the order of the day including clever re-edits. Their respect for Australian producers is well documented and the proof is in the inclusion of tracks by Melbourne’s Hi-Fi Bugs (Phil K and Andy Page), a remix by young gun Luke Chable and another Andy Page effort (this time collaborating with the UK’s Lee Burridge). After Hybrids last album ‘Morning Sci-Fi’ and their upcoming tour Hybrid fever is back.
