- The album of all-Australian unreleased material will drop in November.
Melbourne labels Butter Sessions and Noise In My Head are collaborating on a second Domestic Documents compilation, due out in November.
Like the first volume, which was released halfway through last year, the new collection will feature 12 unreleased tracks from an array of Australian producers making house, techno, ambient and experimental music. Among them are established names like Perth's Ewan Jansen, Phil Stroud and Senate, along with Butter Sessions staples Sleep D and Cale Sexton.
The compilation also showcases a number of fresh faces and lesser-known acts, serving as the debut release for newcomers like Norachi and Miris. As was the case with the first edition, Domestic Documents Vol. 2 will be released as a double-vinyl set.
Watch a teaser video with clips from each of the 12 tracks.
