- The LP, which features Palmistry and P Money, among others, is due out in April.
Mr. Mitch's second album, Devout, will land on Planet Mu April 21st.
Miles Mitchell is one of the founders of the London club night Boxed, which helped catalyzed a new and expanded approach to instrumental grime. It also spawned a label of the same name that's put out a series of various artist EPs with the likes of Logos, Spooky and Geeneus. Mitchell already has one album with Planet Mu under his belt—2014's Parallel Memories—plus an EP prior to that.
Where the first LP was purely instrumental, Devout features a number of singers and MCs, including P Money, Denai Moore and Palmistry. "It's about love, loyalty, family and the start and end of relationships," the label writes, "with an overarching theme about becoming a father, all delivered with warmth and emotion. Miles even sings and so does his eldest son Milo on one track."
