They'll also host Young Marco, Zenker Brothers and Andras Fox before the year is out.
Far Away has announced the lineups for six parties leading up to the end of the year.
Late August in LA has become a busy time in dance music due to the annual FYF Fest. Running Back boss Gerd Janson makes his first appearance at the two-day gathering, and Far Away has locked him in for an afterparty at Lot 613. That one, thrown in collaboration with Making Shapes, also features the hotly-tipped Tel Aviv duo Red Axes.
Moving into September, Far Away gets back into the warehouse scene. The crew will host Young Marco for the fourth time on the 16th. This go around the Dutch mainstay DJs back-to-back with San Francisco boss Solar. On the 30th, Far Away has lined up a techno-oriented bill, with Ilian Tape founders Zenker Brothers headlining. NYC producer Antenes is on support duty.
Far Away has hosted marquee acts like Floating Points and Daphni in an underground setting over the past year. It follows, then, that their close friend Four Tet would also head underground. Kieran Hebden will spin all night in a TBA location on October 28th. On November 11th, the busy antipodean producer Andras Fox will make his LA debut for Far Away. Fox's homage to his father, House Of Dad, recently received the RA Recommends stamp, and he's also behind Midnite Spares, the upcoming Australian music compilation on Noise In My Head sub-label Efficient Space. In LA, Andras will be backed by rising Montreal producer Project Pablo.
The last scheduled 2016 event happens December 9th with Full Pupp co-founder Prins Thomas traveling in from Norway for an all-night DJ set.
