- Violence And Divinity will see release on Minimal Wave sublabel Cititrax in September.
Silent Servant and Broken English Club, AKA Oliver Ho, have recorded a split 12-inch for Cititrax.
LA's Juan Mendez has been operating as Silent Servant for years now, while the UK-based Ho is probably better known as Raudive, and only debuted the Broken English Club alias this year with an EP on Jealous God. The new moniker is focused on more EBM-influenced material—a love shared by both producers, and the main inspiration for Violence And Divinity. The label—a subsidiary of Minimal Wave—promises "themes of love, death, modernity and automobile crashes" on the EP, and calls it a "new breed of EBM-infused techno wave." Limited to 999 copies, the first 500 come on "black-inside milky clear vinyl"—check out pictures and clips over on the Minimal Wave website.
