- The Aesthetic Audio founder will release his first album next month.
Keith Worthy's first album, The Price Of Non-Conformance, will land in October on his own label, Aesthetic Audio.
Since debuting with Shelovesmenot and Emotional Content in 2007, Worthy has maintained full control over his output, only issuing original music through his own label. The Detroit producer says his album's title reflects his desire to "never accept the status quo or allow what is popular to become an influence."
The Price Of Non-Conformance brings together 14 tracks (eight full songs and six interludes) that expand on the deep-house-meets-techno sound Worthy has cultivated on previous records. It will be presented on double-vinyl in October (there will be a limited edition version that comes with a CD), with a digital offering to follow in 2015.
