2nd Drop will release its first compilation, Future Foundations, on March 4th.
Over 20 releases the English label has showcased a variety of sounds in the UK bass spectrum, including missives from Ramadanman and DjRUM. The label's first compilation, to be released over three vinyl 12-inches and digital format, focuses mostly on variations on 4/4, from deep house to techno. The collection offers up exclusive new tracks from alumni like DjRum and LV, as well as newcomers such as South London Ordnance, Manni Dee & Deft, Idle Hands affiliate Alex Coulton, Youandewan and others.
