Electric Deluxe plots April Weekender

- Speedy J will throw parties in Amsterdam, London and Lausanne this spring.
- Speedy J will host Electric Deluxe parties in Amsterdam, London and Lausanne this April. Predating his techno label of the same name, the Electric Deluxe parties have been taking place since 1999, when Speedy J threw the first one in Amsterdam. Since then he's continued to push a harder style of techno with headliners like Richie Hawtin, Jeff Mills, Luke Slater and Terence Fixmer. Electric Deluxe's April Weekender will begin with a party in Lausanne, Switzerland, where Speedy J will joined by DJ and producer Phil Kieran. The date in London has arguably the biggest lineup, with Berghain residents Marcel Dettmann and Marcel Fengler DJing and Sandwell District playing live. The series wraps up in Amsterdam with a Queensday party at Melkweg featuring Dettmann, Giorgio Gigli and Hans Bouffmyhre. Speedy J will play DJ at all three events.
