- The Parisian duo join forces with Philippe Zdar on Alesia.
Housse de Racket will unveil their second LP, Alesia, this month.
Cassius' Philippe Zdar has stepped up for production duties on the record, and has reportedly made his influence felt on the record—even though it's said to retain the synth rock feel of their 2008 debut. Known for their humor, Housse have penned satirical meditations upon French history in "Chorus" and "Alesia" and on contemporary attitudes towards relationships in "Les Hommes et les Femmes" on Alesia, as well as going more "psychedelic" than ever before, in the words of a press release.
