- The German producer will release his first full-length through his own label, Brise Records.
Helmut Dubnitzky is ready to release his debut album, entitled We Walk.
Hailing from the foothills of Germany's Black Forest, Dubnitzky has been putting out club tracks for the past five years or so. His 12-inches have come out on a variety of small German labels, and he's done remixes and production work for the likes of 8bit and Cecille, including a guest appearance on Nick Curly's Dubnoise EP from 2008. He also runs his own label, Brise Records, which has housed tracks by a diverse cast of artists, from Nikola Gala to Lucy of Stroboscopic Artefacts.
Many of Dubnitzky's past records have delivered tech house perfectly tailored for the club, but We Walk shows him toning it down a bit, exploring a slightly deeper, emotional sound. The album will come digitally as well as on CD and vinyl next month.
