Secluding its self from the residing party trends in Berlin, AWAY established a reputation of being a mandatory event without losing its underground credibility. The carefull arranged lineups of house and techno artists quickly captured a large recurring audience. In short time, the likes of DJ Koze, Die Vögel, Axel Bomann, the Secretsundaze, Derrick May and Kenny Larkin did the honors.
